made up mantras to salve the self-inflicted wounds of people dealing with self-loathing or other issues which ruin their relationships and potential relationships. Yes, there may be an answer to that self-hate problem, but such answers are, as I see it, more related to self-respect and resolving depression issues than new-age positivity training and weak-minded slogans. How about some kind of simple realization that no one is perfect?
